The Rodeheaver Group was first formed as “Rodeheaver & Associates” in 1983 by Randle A. Rodeheaver, CPA. James M. Murray, CPA was admitted as Principal in 1984 and Denise L. Rinker, CPA was admitted as Principal in 1988. In 2016, The Rodeheaver Group, P. C. announced the addition of Lynn Flink, CPA, Brant Moorhead and Dave Shaffer, CPA as the firms’ new Principals. They brought over 25 years of additional public accounting experience and further strengthen the Firm’s ability to provide quality accounting, auditing, tax and business advisory services to the Firm’s diverse clientele. All three have worked for a top 100 accounting firm serving clients in the Morgantown, WV region.
