In his over 25 year career, Harold has served a variety of business entities including construction, oil and gas production, timber, mineral extraction, and other privately owned businesses. Services provided for these clients have included compiled financial statements, tax preparation, tax planning and audit support, continuity planning in family businesses, assistance in developing entity structures, assistance with drilling and operating agreements and other advisory services. He has also been involved with preparing forecasts and pro forma statements for use in obtaining financing. While working for the public company Harold had extensive involvement with multi-state tax reporting.
