Business services included, as necessary: 1) Small business setup 2) Process payroll, payroll taxes, benefits, and payroll tax filings, including 1099’s 3) Prepare bank/credit card reconciliations; post bank transactions to correct accounts; and prepare monthly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements through QuickBooks or similar accounting software 4) Prepare sales tax, meals tax, tire tax, tangible property tax returns, business license forms 5) Prepare invoices, pay bills, manage fixed assets and depreciation 6) Prepare necessary federal and state tax returns I charge a fixed monthly fee for selected services, except tax returns. The fee is subject to change based on amount of work performed monthly. Remote and on-site services.
