Shalini Kodial is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance. She holds an MBA from Western Governors University, along with CPA and IRS EA certifications. Her career includes roles as an auditor and Director of Corporate Accounting at Corner Bakery Group, managing financials for 120 restaurants. In 2023, she founded her own CPA firm, specializing in construction, restaurant, non-profit, and real estate accounting & tax planning. Shalini is known for her technical expertise and client service, and she actively participates in local non-profit boards while staying current with industry developments through AICPA membership and continuing education.
