Jim Srour, CPA has over 10 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and taxes. Jim started out his career as an auditor for a local public accounting firm in Houston, TX. He later moved on to a larger national firm to grow his professional knowledge. After a few years, he went back to a local firm to find the work-life balance. Jim enjoyed performing audits for businesses, but did not feel as valuable to his clients in comparison to performing the client's accounting, assisting with payroll, and handling their taxes. During Jim's auditing career, a high school friend reached out to him asking for help with accounting, payroll, and taxes for his small business. His friend was truly grateful, and Jim felt he was providing true value.
