Sullivan (Lee) F. Marsden practiced as a CPA from 1979 to 1993, specializing in tax preparation and representing clients before the IRS. Working part-time he attended Vanderbilt law school, graduating in 1989. Current services include tax preparation, representation in federal and state tax matters, business advice, real estate, tax planning, estate planning, probate and preparation of wills and trusts. His assistant of 12 years, Kristie L. Stark, holds an Enrolled Agent designation entitling her to represent clients before the IRS.
