Diane is a 1990 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. In 1992, she earned her Certified Internal Auditor designation and in 1997, earned her CPA certification. She is also a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Diane has been employed in the financial services industry since 1987. After working in bank auditing for over six years, she transferred her skills and experience to public accounting. Her areas of interest are small business and estates. She takes special pride in empowering companies with the ability to see where they are now and where they want to go, complemented by the experience to guide them on how to get there. Diane is a member of AICPA, PICPA, and the South Central Estate Planning
