North Carolina PTOs & Booster Clubs Association assists nonprofit organizations, parent organizations such as parent-teacher organizations and school booster clubs become legal and tax-exempt non-profit corporations for the protection of members from taxes and personal liability. We manage the state and federal government filings and services so volunteers can focus on enhancing academic goals, supporting financial goals needed to develop educational, athletic, and liberal arts opportunities, supporting parent volunteerism and communication between home, school, and the community.
