Gerald Yarborough is a Certified Public Accountant whose office is in Charlotte, NC. Gerald has been preparing tax returns, managing IRS audits, and resolving IRS debts for small businesses and individual clients for over 30 years. Starting as an IRS - Revenue Agent in Knoxville, Tennessee, and finally working in the Appeals Office of the IRS in Dallas, Texas, Gerald gained valuable hands-on experience with the IRS. In 1978 he opened his first CPA firm in Norman, Oklahoma. The practice flourished, and the dream of helping small business owners do a better job with their record-keeping and staying out of trouble with the IRS was truly being realized. He later owned a firm in Marietta, GA, before returning to his home.
