Dr. Nik is the Founder and C.E.O. of SCARSDALE RAS CPA P.C., a full-service accounting, tax, and auditing firm. With over 25 years of professional experience as a teacher and a Certified Public Accountant, Dr. Nik pride himself in serving as a trusted advisor to organizations and institutions that want to attract, improve and maintain a diverse and inclusive workforce, boost their leadership capability and drive transformational change. Also, he served and taught as an assistant professor of accountancy and accounting information systems after being awarded the position at the Business Department of the City university of New York and the College of Mount Saint Vincent for over eighteen years.
