"We have seen a "greying of the accounting profession" over the past few decades. We look to counter this by finding innovative ways to do things and by adopting new technology. This means less data entry and more advisory role for areas such as tax compliance, investing (equity markets, real estate, and retirement planning), and business building. We started this business in 2003 in Lodi, NJ with a primary focus on preparing tax returns. The fundamentals have not changed, but new technology has made it easier for us to pivot to an adviser role where we can get to know our clients and their needs and provide real time guidance."
