I am an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and the sole owner of a successful and growing accounting business. The goal of my company is to provide high-quality tax and accounting services and great client service to Common Interest Developments (CIDs), such as small and large-scale homeowners associations (HOAs), planned unit developments, time-shares, and housing cooperatives. I have been working with Common Interest Developments in California, primarily the San Francisco / Bay Area, since 2002, and have a specialized knowledge of this industry.
