Hello, my name is Chris. I am a local Irvine CPA who has over 5 years experience in bookkeeping, accounting, tax return preparation, entity setup, EIN, payroll service and tax consulting. My experience and clients are diverse. Most of my clients own rental properties so I leverage my experience on real estate taxation to help them with 1031 exchanges or selling their primary residence. I am also a real estate agent so I facilitate the entire process from start to finish. I offer bookkeeping & accounting services to small business owners for a reasonable monthly fee or year end clean up.
